Scleral contact lenses are large-diameter, gas-permeable lenses that vault completely over the cornea and rest gently on the white part of the eye — the sclera. Unlike regular contact lenses that sit directly on the cornea, sclerals create a fluid-filled reservoir between the lens and your eye, providing constant hydration, exceptional comfort, and remarkably stable vision — even for eyes that have been impossible to fit before.

Comprehensive Eye Exam & Consultation
We start with a full assessment of your eye health, vision needs, and history to determine if scleral lenses are the right solution for you.
Corneal Topography & Advanced Imaging
We use corneal topography and digital imaging to create a precise 3D map of your cornea — the foundation of your custom lens design.
Custom Lens Design & Ordering
Using your corneal measurements, we design and order your custom scleral lenses through either the BostonSight or ZenLens platform.
Fitting & Training Appointment
When your lenses arrive, we check the fit, assess vision quality, and train you on insertion, removal, and proper care. We make sure you feel confident before you leave.
Follow-Up & Fine-Tuning
We schedule follow-up appointments to monitor your comfort, vision, and eye health — and make any adjustments needed to perfect your fit.
