Dr. Bhullar founded Look Optometry in 2010 with a vision of building a different kind of eye care experience — one rooted in genuine care, education, and long-term patient relationships. With a background in kinesiology and optometry, he brings a holistic perspective to eye health and its connection to overall wellness.
He has a special interest in dry eye treatment, myopia management, and specialty contact lenses — focusing on identifying root causes and creating lasting solutions.

Dr. Saggu joined Look Optometry after completing his Doctor of Optometry degree at Pacific University in Oregon in 2015, bringing a calm, family-centred approach that patients across Surrey have come to trust.
He is deeply passionate about pediatric eye care and myopia management — and offers eye examinations in Punjabi.

Dr. Weinhardt grew up in the Niagara region and recently made Vancouver home. She graduated with Dean’s Honours from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry & Vision Science, then completed the prestigious Dr. Gina Sorbara Cornea and Contact Lens Residency — an intensive year of advanced training in specialty contact lenses, myopia management, and corneal disease.
A Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, Dr. Weinhardt is passionate about delivering eye care that is personalized, thorough, and guided by the latest research. She sees patients across all areas of optometry with a special interest in corneal disease, myopia, and dry eye.
